Preparing for a clearance

- ✓Note access hours, height limits and loading areas
- ✓Photograph each run, plus a close-up of frame labels
- ✓Measure frame height, frame depth and beam length
- ✓Mention any damage, missing parts or mixed brands
- ✓Give your target clearance date
Can you clear a whole warehouse of racking?
Yes. We assess full and partial racking clearances UK-wide, including dismantling and collection. Send details and photos and we'll review the project.
Will a clearance cost me money or pay me?
It depends on the stock. Good-quality racking in demand can offset or exceed the cost of removal; damaged or uncommon racking may not. We confirm this in writing after assessment.
Can you work around a live warehouse?
Tell us your access hours and restrictions in the form. We plan site visits and dismantling around them where practical.
How much notice do you need?
Give us your preferred clearance date when you enquire. Earlier notice gives the most options for scheduling.
