How the job runs
1. Count and photograph
Column count, arm count per column, arm lengths, plus a photo of the base plate and any load notice.
2. Written offer
Priced on the system, not on a guess at tonnage.
3. Dismantle
Arms off first, bracing next, columns last, with mechanical handling for heavy sections.
4. Load and pay
Bundled, banded, loaded and paid on the day.
Safety, compliance and paperwork
- Dismantling is carried out by crews trained under the SEIRS (Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme) framework.
- A risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) is produced for the site before work starts, and shared with your responsible person.
- We work to PUWER and Work at Height requirements, using MEWPs or towers rather than climbing racking.
- Any genuinely scrap material leaves under a waste transfer note so your duty of care under the Environmental Protection Act is documented.
- The site is swept and handed back clear — no beams left in a corner for your landlord to find.
